Axis is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology & Commercial to help us attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across our Technology and Commercial functions.

About the Role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across two key areas of the business:

Technology: Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT, Design, and related technical functions.

Commercial: Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Growth, Marketing, and other customer-facing commercial functions.

The role requires someone who understands both technology and commercial talent markets, has strong sourcing capabilities, and can partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver against hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Commercial roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, job boards, databases, and direct outreach.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivation, and overall fit.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill Technology and Commercial positions.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate candidate information, recruitment stages, and pipeline updates on the ATS.

• Support job postings, employer branding, and other talent attraction initiatives.

• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on pipelines, interviews, offers, and hiring status.

• Support offer preparation, negotiation, candidate follow-up, and pre-boarding coordination.

• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.

• Experience recruiting for Technology and/or Commercial positions is preferred.

• Good understanding of Technology roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and IT.

• Good understanding of Commercial roles such as Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Growth, and Marketing.

Required Skills

• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly through LinkedIn.

• Strong CV screening and interviewing capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to understand different hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting within fintech, technology, startups, SaaS, financial services, or other high-growth environments.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, ZenATS, or similar recruitment platforms.

• Strong Boolean search, headhunting, and direct outreach experience.

• Basic understanding of technology stacks and digital product teams.

• Understanding of commercial structures, sales functions, and go-to-market teams.
